Sam Lords Castle Redevelopment Project
ABOUT THIS PROJECT
The Barbados Tourism Investment Inc. embarked on the Sam Lords Castle Redevelopment project in partnership with the contractor Complant (Barbados) Ltd. The project recently opened as a 5-Star Wyndham Grand Luxury Resort offering 450 rooms and is the largest hotel in Barbados.
EMCE Limited offered MEP design consultancy services for the Hotel Block H5, Conference Facility, Spa, Gym and Retail Block, Tennis and Security Pavilion, Castle View Restaurant and Courtyard. Further to this, we offered site inspection and quality assurance services for this project.
