African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) New Trade Centre

The African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) has embarked on the construction of a new Trade Centre in Barbados comprising a 100+ room hotel, Class A office building, conference facilities and more. The Afreximbank CARICOM Office will support the implementation of the Partnership Agreement between Afreximbank and CARICOM member states aimed at expanding Africa-Caribbean trade and investment relations.

EMCE Limited produced the building services design concept for this project and will be part of the team to monitor the construction of the MEP systems.
