Private Hotel Development

EMCE (SLU) Limited is pleased to be involved with a private hotel development in St. Lucia for which our development team is offering an A-to-Z consultancy solution to our Client. This includes the development of the project concept, production of the initial design schemes with 3D renders, preliminary budget estimates, feasibility study and presentations to stakeholders.

This initial project comprises 33 villas, a restaurant, and spa with a particular focus on being a wellness retreat with green initiatives and sustainable construction solutions. The project will include 80kVA of roof mounted Photo Voltaics to reduce the carbon footprint of the hotel operations.
