Allan Harvey, P.Eng, BSc, MSc, MBAPE, MAPESL is a building services engineering consultant and senior electrical engineer with more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry. He earned his BSc in electrical engineering at the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MSc in engineering management from Florida International University. He is a registered professional engineer in Barbados, a registered electrical engineer in St. Lucia, a corporate member of the Barbados Association of Professional Engineers, a member of the Association of Professional Engineers of St. Lucia, a member of the NFPA and an associate member of ASHRAE.

EMCE Limited was incorporated in February 2015 in Barbados by its principal engineer Allan H. Harvey, P.Eng. The company offers consultancy services in building services design across the electrical, mechanical and plumbing disciplines. Our expertise extends to medical facilities, luxury residences and hotels, commercial offices, retail, educational facilities, alternative energy solutions and industrial projects.
We work with a core team of engineering designers, CAD technicians and development consultants on full-time and sub-contract arrangements, and partner with other industry professionals as each project requires.
