ABOUT THIS PROJECT
The Azalea @ Rodney Heights is a multi-dwelling residential project in the highly sought-after Rodney Heights, Gros-Islet area of St. Lucia. The project, totaling approximately 6,000 SF, comprises a 2,000 SF three-bedroom unit on the upper level, two No. 2 bedroom and one No. 1 bedroom townhouse style units below. Each of the units offers commanding views of Rodney Bay Marina, Pigeon Island and Martinique.
EMCE (SLU) Limited offered full MEP design and site supervision services for this project, which was completed in 2025.
