ABOUT THIS PROJECT
EMCE Limited provide d full MEP design consultancy and site inspection services for a new 6,000 square foot branch of CIBC First Caribbean International Bank recently completed in the Sun Plaza mall, Chaguanas Trinidad.
The design incorporates several ‘green’ in itiatives such as energy efficient LED lighting, Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) cooling systems, energy recovery ventilators, occupancy sensors for lighting among others.
This branch is in keeping with the highest standards for CIBC FCIB facilities throughout the Caribbean.
