ABOUT THIS PROJECT

The New Barbados Port Inc. building (Cube Blue) is a 57,000 square foot, 3 storey commercial office that was recently completed and handed over. The building now houses the Barbados Port Inc. Headquarters as well as the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and The Blue Economy.

Cube Blue will be a model of energy efficiency with 120kWp of Photo-Voltaics, inverter type AC systems, LED lighting, and low solar heat gain glazing. EMCE Limited provided full MEP design consultancy services for this project.
